The cooperation with a new customer is always considered by Gea Soft as a “project” which has an aim (customer satisfaction) achieved through a series of meetings to schedule with the partner company.
The project is always followed by the specific sales assistant, by the project manager, by one consultant for the management side and another consultant for the financial side. This is the consulting staff assigned to the customer, which – on a weekly basis -will conduct the training program for the company staff.
A software consultant with a specific knowledge of the basic sofltware modules and the Networking will be responsible to set up and configure the operating system, and will inspect the existing hardware and the local area newtork in the company.
