The new Gea Soft release introduces “AGENTS” in the ERP.
When a certain event occurs (for instance, the registration of the reception of a new material), they give off an “ALERT” in the form of a pop-up window, an e-mail or an SMS, so that a given user is informed.
With this new operational mode it is no longer the user that has to remember to query some given situations. It is the software itself which becomes a “CO-WORKER” and warns the user, informing him about that operation.
